Also does the character go onto my account with my login info? and is there any risks? if the person botted it to level 70 for example, and you buy it can it be banned later on for something I had never done? You sell your char for coins -> Use coins for a new character. 2 things though: They take a cut (it's specified when you sell your character) but i think its only like 5 coins or something.
