At first glance, Celeste is 'only' an extremely difficult platform where it comes to climbing the title mountain. But behind it is still much more hidden than it appears. Above all, we owe the story to the grandiose characters like Madeline and an important part of her, her dark side of Badeline.
Madeline from Celeste is one of my absolute favorite searches, because it stands for us to master difficult challenges and impossible to achieve seems. As long as there are no structural obstacles like sexism, racism or capitalism in the way, we create everything we have set in the head.
Maybe only, if that means have to deal with yourself, their own past or even their own demons. If that succeeds, it almost does not matter how difficult the way is and how high the mountain we want to climb. The clear message: We can handle it.

Together with the inner engagement with her itself, everything ultimately ensures that Madeline creates what she has set in the head.

Not only alone and not only with her small but fine support network, but together with her worst fears and the most strenuous, destructive parts of her. By asking them, deal with them, it has processed and accepted - to join them and to be able to record them as part of their themselves.

So Madeline is at the end as a new, happier person from the probably strenuous part of her life and can enjoy the view from the summit of this mountain. Of that we can all learn something and therefore Madeline is one of the biggest, most important and most impressive hero * inside, which has given us the video game culture so far.
