MMORPG Pathfire online dies 2021

Pathfinder Online belonged to the first MMORPGs, which financed successfully via Kickstarter. 1,091,194 US dollars made the fans in 2012 so that the game is implemented. Well, 9 years later, the game is finally set. However, the developers promised an end to the story.

What is this for a MMORPG? Pathfinder Online started his Kickstarter campaign in November 2012, where more than 200 people spend at least $ 500 for the game. In 2014, it started in an alpha and in July 2015 it appeared in a kind of Early Access.

The MMORPG continued on sandbox elements and promised the following content in his campaign:

  • A classless system
  • Player Housing in the open world

  • On grind is waived

But Pathfinder online fought with some problems and never made the big breakthrough. In fact, even after the release in 2015, it struggled with money problems and shutdown.

What happens now? As the developers now announce, the servers of the MMORPG will be shut down on November 28, 2021. The reason for this is the small number of players, through which Pathfinder online no longer refinanced.

However, there should be an update in October, which concludes the history of the game before it is set in November.

There are refunds? Yes, who has spent money on the MMORPG in MMORPG after the 1st of May, gets rugged money back. Also, certain purchasable content such as the BASE CAMPS and FREEHOLDS will be reimbursed. However, there is no refund to the original payment at Kickstarter.

Pathfinder is considered one of the worst MMORPGs at all

Is it worth it to try the game? That depends entirely on what you hopes for from the game. Because Pathfinder Online is not one of the best MMORPGs, but applies to many MMO veterans as one of the worst.

The MMORPG Youtuber Kiratv tried Pathfinder in October 2020 and was shocked, as poorly the game looks, which has a weak interface it has and how miserable is the entry. The number of active players also falls extremely low.
